Coming back from abroad I find that my neighbor harbored a package for me coming from your side. I must tell you that how your company dealt with my problem did really dumbstruck me - in the sense of - what a surprise. Actually I was expecting many things but not this one - that your company would in fact repair the unit without cc involved; Chapeau, chapeau and my very best of big THANKS.

There is no doubt in my mind with whom I am dealing in future and where I buy my next equipment. If I see a way how to throw a stone in your garden I will certainly do just that.

I have refitted my seafarer voyager wind instrument today and am so happy to see it working again as its one of four units (wind,depth,log and compass) and could not face the task of having to buy a new unit and all the trouble of fitting it, especially the masthead part. I initially contacted another marine electronics repair service but the moment I mentioned seafarer they did not want to know. Your service was pleasant and kept me informed.
